Welcome to the website/mobile application of Qwikpro. These Terms and Conditions manifest the way we provide our services which includes but is not limited to facilitating Telemedicine Consultations, Diagnostic Lab Tests, Doctor Consultations, Dietary Guidance, and Wellness Services.

1. Website / Application’s Terms of Use

PLEASE READ THESE TERMS OF USE CAREFULLY. BY CONTINUING TO ACCESS AND USE THIS WEBSITE/ MOBILE APPLICATION, YOU CONFIRM THAT YOU ACCEPT OUR TERMS AND CONDITIONS DESCRIBED HEREIN. IF YOU DO NOT AGREE WITH THE TERMS OF USE, DO NOT USE THIS WEBSITE/ MOBILE APPLICATION.

These Terms of Use, Privacy Policy, together with any additional Service-specific terms and conditions, other policies which may be applicable to specific portions of the Application / Website and any disclaimers which may be present on the Application / Website are jointly referred to as “Agreement” and constitute the terms of Your access and use of the Application / Website and the Services.

Access and Usage Rights of Users:
  • Non-Registered User: A Non-Registered User is not permitted to access or make use of the Application/Website for any purpose other than to browse without accessing Services, use self-assessment tools, and share the link via social media.
  • Registered User: A Registered User is specifically permitted to enjoy all access and usage rights and use the Services subject to limitations and restrictions prescribed under the Agreement.
  • Primary User: Shall refer to such person, who is 18 Years of age, and of valid capacity to contract, who shall access, and enjoy the Application / Website.

2. Doctor Consultation

The Doctor Consultation service enables Users to connect with registered Health Service Providers (HSPs) via telemedicine or in-person limits as applicable.

All medical advice provided by an HSP during a consultation is based strictly on the information and health records provided by You. You are responsible for providing accurate and complete information. We are an intermediary connecting You to the HSP and hold no liability for the medical outcomes.

Important: In the event of an emergency, telemedicine should not be used as a primary point of care. Please contact local emergency services immediately.

3. One Circle Health Plan

The One Circle Health Plan offers comprehensive wellness and health cover privileges subject to the specific documentation provided at the time of subscription.

Subscription fees are non-refundable unless explicitly stated otherwise in the cancellation policy of the plan. Benefits are accessible only during the active term of the subscription and cannot be carried forward upon expiry.

4. Home Care

Home Care services involve the dispatching of trained professionals to the User's designated location to provide nursing, physiotherapy, and other assistive services.

By booking a Home Care service, You grant explicit permission for our healthcare professionals to enter Your premises. Ensure a safe and hygienic environment for the professionals. The service scope is limited to the booked request and any additional services must be booked separately through the Application.

5. Lab Test

Diagnostic Lab Tests are facilitated in partnership with certified diagnostic laboratories. Phlebotomy services (sample collection) may be arranged at Your preferred location if permissible.

Test reports will be generated and shared securely via your Registered Account. Turnaround times (TAT) provided are estimates and may vary based on laboratory constraints. We are not responsible for any delay in report generation beyond our direct control.

6. Elder Care

Our Elder Care programs are meticulously curated to assist the elderly with their daily medical needs, regular checkups, and wellness routines. Services are provided with utmost sensitivity and adherence to professional standards.

  • Dedicated care managers will coordinate appointments and requirements.
  • Consent from the legal guardian or primary caregiver is mandatory for all major procedures or interventions.
  • We reserve the right to reassess and modify care plans if there is a significant change in the physiological state of the beneficiary.
